Chemprobe has the diverse production line, we have just every specific coating for various kind of interface, ranging from wood, plastic, metal to carbon fiber.
Recently, in concern of environmental conservation and our customers' needs for green products. We are highly driven to reduce the use of organic solvents (VOC) opportunities and develop UV-Curable Coatings、Water-based Coatings.
Wood
Wood, a kind of heterogeneous natural organic matter, is composed of a variety of porous, moisturizing and catheter cells, making its coating process complicated.
Plastic
Plastic such as PC, ABS, and PS can be said to be the most widely used non-metallic materials. Lightweight, perfect insulation performance and substantial hardness are all its key features.
Metal
In order to protect metal against rust, the protective coating was made to protect the metal surface.
Carbon Fiber
Carbon fiber is characterized by high temperature resistance, friction, conductivity, and corrosion.

Product Customization Process

Customer Contact
Understand that properties of the material and customer requirements of coating such as hardness, adhesion, film thickness, coating methods, coating equipment, coating process, etc..

Sample Obtain or Provide
Provide stock for the customer to test, or if not meet the requirements of customers, we'll ask to obtain samples from customers for our testing.
03
Provide the Initial Formula
Formula achieve to 60% of the specifications, we will provide samples for customer testing.
04
Formula Revise
When the formulation completion increase from 60% to 90%, we will provide samples for customer testing again.
05
Formulation Confirmation and Pre-production Test
If formula to meet customer needs, we will provide a small amount sample for the customer to pre-produce.

Formulation Complete & Customer Production
We will provide follow-up coating technical services and supports.

Develop UV-Curable Coatings、Water-based Coatings
Based on the environmental protection and reduce the use of organic solvents, Chemprobe actively develops UV-curable coatings (UV), and water-based coating (WATER-BASED) system. In the future, water-based coatings and UV-curable coatings will gradually replace the traditional paint to become the main products. The environmental protection will also be the main mission of Chemprobe.
