Nitrocellulose Coatings

Nitrocellulose coatings are solvents that evaporate quickly at room temperature while converting liquid coating into the solid coating.
The advantages are easy to dry, easy to apply and easy to repair.
Because the base coat exhibits durable friction-resistant quality, it makes coating adhere more easily.
In general, it is the most economic and efficient coating method.

Polyurethane Coatings

To form Polyurethane coatings, the main agent and hardener should be evenly mixed to form bridge reaction.
Due to different OH values between the main agent and hardener, Isocyanate, the coating ratio would be different, including 1:1, 2:1, and etc.
After drying, Polyurethane coatings show excellent performance on both physical and chemical properties such as abrasion resistance, adhesion, toughness, weatherability, and chemical resistance.
Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear-and-tear, where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required.

UV-Curable Coatings

The reaction theory of UV coating is a process in which high intensity ultraviolet light is used to create a photochemical reaction that instantly cures inks, adhesives, and coatings.
Low temperature, high speed, and solventless process—cured by polymerization rather than by conventional solvent evaporation is its primary advantage.
Other than increasing productivity by shortening drying waiting time, increasing coating hardness and quality is also its benefit.
The other notable benefit is that manufacturers can devote less space to finishing items since they do not have to wait for them to dry.
This creates an efficiency that translates through the entire manufacturing process.

WATER-BASED PAINT

Simply put, water-based coating used water as the diluting solution. It requires no other solvent for dilution and thus the chance of absorbing volatile solvent during painting process would be none.
Water-based coatings, as a result of their many advantages, have become the leading technology in the paint industry: environmentally friendly, odorless, tasteless, no yellowing and reduction of spray powder.
Compared to other coatings, the water-based coating is more safe and environmental conserving, for which contributing to its higher cost.
Although the use of water-based paint requires no large-scale replacement of facility, it still has its shortcomings such as: 1.coating subjects require special surface treatment in order to avoid surface pore shrinkage,
2. Base material was poorly moisturized due to high surface tension 3. Probability of freezing at low temperature 4. Electrostatic coating must be fully insulated.

OTHERS

TPU:
The characteristics of TPU are excellent resistance to twists, turns, and stains.It’s suitable for TPU and TPE material.

Baked Coating:
The curing temperature of this type temperature is 130-180°C.We usually use short-oil alkyd resin and three polyamine resin paint, low-temperature curing polymerization.
The characteristics of the surface are non-sticky, weather ability, the resistance of the advantages.

PUS:
We mainly used polyols, diisocyanate, water, catalyst, foaming agent and other additives to mix in high-speed mixing conditions after the foam.
Characteristics of the coating are drying speed, easy operation, good twists and turns, good adhesion.
