Through this process, we understand both the material of our clients’ product and their specific requirements such as hardness, adhesion, film thickness, coating methods, coating equipment, coating process and etc..

If we have coating samples in stock, we will provide it immediately to our client for trial and demo.

If not, we will acquire our customers’ product for further coating formulation and testing.

When the formulation specification is 60% complete, samples will be provided to our customer for testing along with product specification.

When the Formulation specification is 60% to 90% complete, we will again provide samples for our customers to test.

After the coating formula fully meets our customers’ request, we will provide a small amount of sample for our client’s trial pre-production.

At this stage, we and our customer will together inspect coating production process and troubleshooting immediately.

We provide post-sales service which includes painting technical support and relevant problem consulting.

After understanding our client’s specific requirement for coating, we had immediately started research and development on the two-way spraying-and-painting electrostatic coating. In the meantime, we had also been working on the designation of the pinhole-free formulation. When we were on stage 3: provide preliminary formulation, we have already developed pinhole-free formulation.

However, our customer suggested we could have improved on shortening drying time and creating more smooth wet film surface. After several tryouts and formula adjustment, our client deemed our product both trustworthy and effective and thus they had soon started mass production trial.

During the time of production line trial, we had not only helped our client with mechanical arm programming adjustment but also improved every variable that might impact their products’ outcome.

Through the process, we had known better how to modify the variables which would influence both painting and production line, and later make our coating match perfectly with our clients’ product.

In recent years, due to China’s labor costs gradually rose, more Taiwanese company had come back to Taiwan to expand their factories. Compared to their original VOC-containing coating, our customers preferred Chemprobe to design more environmental-conserving manufacturing process for them.

Therefore, while we were planning the whole production line and facility for our client, we had selected more environmental-friendly UV coatings and water-based paint.

During the time our customer was building their company, we had been dedicated to research and develop of the suitable formulation. Besides, we had been kept communicating and sending our sample to our customers’ original China factory for testing.

Therefore, when our client finished setting their production line, they could have immediately initiated mass production. We had also kept providing our client reliable technology back-up and customer service since then.
